Terms and conditions
Version 1.0 · 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to BankToCSV (banktocsv.com and the BankToCSV browser extension), a service of Tevfik Özdemir, trading as Bedrijfsboekhouder.com, Einsteinlaan 28, 2289 CC Rijswijk, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 78320550 ("we").
2. The service
BankToCSV converts PDF bank statements into structured files (Excel, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053, OFX and QBO). Processing takes place in the user's browser. The free version may be used by anyone, within the limits shown on the website.
3. Paid plans are for businesses only
Business and Team are offered exclusively to businesses, organisations and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their business. By ordering you confirm that you are not a consumer.
4. Subscription, price and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. A subscription runs for one month or one year and renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. Payment is made in advance via Mollie. For later periods the amount is collected using the payment method you used, where possible.
5. License
A Business license is for one user on up to three devices. A Team license is for up to five users within one organisation. Licenses may not be resold or shared outside the organisation.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time on the account page or by email. Business or Team stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by email within 14 days of your first payment.
7. Results and liability
Conversion is automatic. We check the result against the balances on the statement, but you remain responsible for checking the converted data before you use it in your bookkeeping, payments or tax returns. BankToCSV is not accounting or tax advice. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; we will inform paying customers by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
