Bank statement to Excel
Every transaction in its own row with real dates and numbers, ready for filters and pivot tables.

QBO is the QuickBooks Web Connect format: an OFX statement with an extra Intuit header. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop import it through their bank upload function. BankToCSV writes one transaction per line with date, amount, payee and memo, plus the closing balance.
Every transaction gets a stable ID based on date, position and amount, so QuickBooks recognises transactions it already has when you import overlapping periods.
QBO export is part of Business. Need a plain spreadsheet instead? See bank statement to Excel.

How it works
Download the statement as PDF from your online banking and drop it on the page. Nothing is uploaded.
Every transaction appears in a table with date, description and amount. We check the opening and closing balance for you.
Choose Excel, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053 or OFX and import the file into your spreadsheet or accounting software.
Bank statements show your income, your spending and your account number. That is why BankToCSV reads them inside your browser. The PDF is not uploaded – not to us and not to anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
