Bank statement to Excel
Every transaction in its own row with real dates and numbers, ready for filters and pivot tables.
Read more →Create a CAMT.053 statement (ISO 20022 XML) from a PDF, for accounting software and ERP systems that import bank data in the new standard.
CAMT.053 is the ISO 20022 XML format for bank statements. It carries the same information as MT940 – account, balances and transactions – but in structured fields: separate elements for the counterparty name and IBAN, the remittance information and booking and value dates.
The file follows camt.053.001.02, the version most software supports.

How it works
Download the statement as PDF from your online banking and drop it on the page. Nothing is uploaded.
Every transaction appears in a table with date, description and amount. We check the opening and closing balance for you.
Choose Excel, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053 or OFX and import the file into your spreadsheet or accounting software.
Bank statements show your income, your spending and your account number. That is why BankToCSV reads them inside your browser. The PDF is not uploaded – not to us and not to anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
