PDF bank statement to CSV
Comma or semicolon, decimal point or comma: a CSV that imports cleanly anywhere.
Read more →Convert a PDF bank statement into an .xlsx file with one transaction per row – dates as dates, amounts as numbers, ready to filter and total.
Copying a table out of a PDF rarely works: columns slide into each other, descriptions split over several rows, and amounts arrive as text that Excel cannot add up. BankToCSV reads the position of every word on the page, rebuilds the table and joins multi-line descriptions into one cell.
The sheet has frozen headers and a filter on every column, so you can start working straight away.
We add up all transactions and compare the result with the opening and closing balance on the statement. When it matches, you see a green check. When it does not, the rows that cause the difference are highlighted and you can correct them in the preview.

How it works
Download the statement as PDF from your online banking and drop it on the page. Nothing is uploaded.
Every transaction appears in a table with date, description and amount. We check the opening and closing balance for you.
Choose Excel, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053 or OFX and import the file into your spreadsheet or accounting software.
Bank statements show your income, your spending and your account number. That is why BankToCSV reads them inside your browser. The PDF is not uploaded – not to us and not to anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
