Bank statement to Excel
Every transaction in its own row with real dates and numbers, ready for filters and pivot tables.
Read more →BankToCSV reads the structure of the statement, not a fixed template. That is why it works with most banks – and why a new layout can be added quickly.
Netherlands: ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, bunq, Knab, Triodos, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank.
Germany: Sparkasse, Volksbank, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, DKB, N26.
France and Belgium: BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, LCL, Crédit Mutuel, La Banque Postale, KBC, Belfius.
United Kingdom and United States: Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo, Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank.
Online: Revolut, Wise.
We look for rows that start with a date and end with an amount, work out which column holds debits, credits and the running balance, and join multi-line descriptions. Dates in every common notation, month names in English, Dutch, German and French, and amounts with a trailing minus, Af/Bij, Soll/Haben or CR/DR are all understood.
Open the statement in the converter and click “Help us improve this statement” below the result. We only receive the layout, without names and account numbers, and add your bank.
